I got to bed at 5 this morning. Glad I have work at 1, and not 9 am. Got a call from Personal Preference, they accidently gave me an extra check, and they want their money back. It's good as spent. They messed up, I should keep the money, but regardless I will pay them back anyways. I'm not going to Sacramento for thanksgivng after all. I picked up a friday shift because one of the new employees is in the hospital. extra money, but I like fridays off. It's not a long shift, 9:30 to 3:15. Yesterday at work was crazy busy, and I know today and tomorrow will be the same, if not even more busy. I get thanks giving off, paid holiday. But that money is going to Personal preference... Oh well.

I got to finish getting ready. Working 1 to 10. Closing tonight. Fun. Egh. Besides that I feel really good.

I ended up seeing New Moon last night. It wasn't my plan though. I was out for a walk after dinner, there was nothing better to do, and I just wanted some time to reflect on this past year. After an hour I wound up by the church my grandma goes to and I thought, "I really don't like church." The place makes me feel so uncomfy. I was feeling lonely so I decided to go see if Wesley was home, he was not. I'm not even sure if he still lives in that apartment anymore. Then I went to Gina's house and hung out with her. I was kinda nervous to see her, I got to the door and almost left. We caught up and just talked and then she asked me if I wanted to see a movie. When she told me she wanted to see New Moon I almost said no, but I really had nothing else going on and I was at home most of the day. We saw the 8 o clock showing and there where about 8 people in the movie. Mostly teenage girls and one couple who where hanging all over each other, like, if they let go they would fall of the earth.

The movie was ok, better than the first, but that's not saying much. Both were stupid in their own little ways. Bella was annoying as hell. I really wish someone would kill her, but I knew that would not happen. Jacob was pissing me off too. The only person who didn't piss me off was Edward, mostly because he wasn't in the movie too much. And he got his ass kicked which was funny. But yea bella the daredevil, I was not buying it. Vampires tried to kill her, a warewolf tried to kill her, she smashed her face on a rock, jumped of a cliff, smashed her head on another rock, almost drowned, got on a motorcycle with a stranger and she is still alive? Fuck that, I want her dead. At the end of the movie I thought, teenage girls made this movie.

I give twilight a D. New moon gets a C. It was alright, but kinda stupid and lame.

I got work today, should be super busy and am not looking forward to it, I better get going.

I Patrick and Flint came over last night to hang out. I got the house to myself for the whole week and that's nice. I work monday, tuesday and wendesday so I won't enjoy it too much. It's supposed to be busy at work since it's thanksgiving week and all. Ralays is actually pretty nice. Everyone is friendly, everythings going well. The only thing I don't like is my hour lunch, I think an hour is too long. I work to work every day so I'm at work more than I want to be. I read "Fantasic Mr. Fox" last week. I want to see the movie, and I saw a copy of the book and read it. I really liked it. It was a short read though, about 20 mins, so I wonder what will go on in the movie.

I'm the only one here because my family went to mexico for vacation. I'm going to Sacramento on thursday with my grandma to visit some family but I really don't want to go. I kinda want to be alone this next week. But it would make her happy and we will be back friday so it won't be to bad.

Hm, haven't posted in eleven weeks, not a record but still pretty bad. Whats new with me? Aw not much, Jobless, broke, living with mom and dad, almost 21. Man... WTF happened to me? I used to be so confident, now I don't even want to be seen by people who I know. So sick of Yreka, I finally get out of here and end up right back where I started. So I'm going to start doing the only things I really know- I started running a few weeks ago and I'm signing up for classes at COS. If I get into good enough shape I might join Cross Country again.

I feel so alone, Flint and Patrick are busy most of the time so I just hang out by myself.

On a good note, got my drivers permit, Big whooop. Once I get my licence I won't be at home much, which is great cause my parents and I are starting to get on each others nerves more and more each day.

Been so bored lately. I got to hang out with Flint and Patrick yesterday. We just chilled and ended up watching Dexter. Went to Mt. Shasta with Kelsey and her sister, and her sisters boyfriend Eric. We saw Public Enemies. So, review time.

Public Enemies

This movie is set in 1933, and bank robbers John Dillinger, Baby face Nelson and others are in bank robbing golden years. Johny Depp plays John Dillinger plays him very well. The movie is paced and doesn't slow down till the ending. The ending was to long. It was like the third lord of the rings, I thought the movie was over about 3 times. The gun fights were very... graphic. Bullet wounds were in great detail. Wounds spat out blood. It was nice to listen Christian Bale minus the Batman voice. I really liked this movie, except one thing. I did not like the interrogation scene with Billie, Dillinger's girlfriend. Watching a woman handcuffed getting punched and smashed by a phone book is not ok with me.
Other than that, see this movie.

Public Enemies gets a B+

So, I'm ready to get out of Yreka, ASAP. Watched Half-Blood Prince last night, so, here's the review!

Harry Potter and da half blood price.

So, I wasn't really excited to see this movie. I could have waited for dvd. Anyway I will say that Harry gets pwned in this movie. Draco gets a 1 up on him and it makes Harry look like even more of an idiot. Harry is so stupid. But he's still charming as ever. Draco was ok, just sneaking around throughout most of the movie. Kinda boring. Snape was cool though.
I enjoyed the movie, I smiled most of the time. Probably cause I didn't compare movie to book.
Ron was ok, Hermoine was adorable, Hagrid... was there.

Bottom line, Dumboldore kicks ass. That's all you need to know.

I give HP and the bear, and Harmony the horrible, a A/B.

Well, I had a pretty good day. Kelsey and I went to Medford. With my Mom and my brother. We all went to the movies, Kelsey and I watched Year One. So, here is my review.

Year One-

Zed and Oh are members of a primitive tribe. Zed is a hunter and Oh is the only male gatherer. Both are a bit of an embarrassment even though they are both smarter than most of their tribe. Zed wants to know if there is more to life and decides to eat the forbidden fruit to gain knowledge about the world. He is caught and exiled. Oh goes with him and they learn how ruthless the world really is. I would explain more but it's not that interesting. I felt like 13 year old boys wrote the story and script. This movie had it's moments but overall, it was very boring. Lots of homosexual references. Most of them made me fell really uncomfy and gag. Watching Jack Black taste shit was too much. Micheal Cera's character pissing on himself and crying was funny though.

I really thought this was going to be funny, what a disappointment.

I give Year one, a D+

My momma was kind enough to buy Kelsey and I groceries, so we have food now. Yesh! Thanks mom.

Since I live next to miner street park, I get to listen to the concerts that play here during the summer... from my own living room! YEA! That was a lie. No, not yea. Just bitterness. I hate these concerts. I hate hearing them. I hate people talking about them. I will not go to them.

The fair is coming up to. Screw that as well. I hate seeing people I know there. Gah, just pure suck. I hated Disneyland, what an awful place. I least I think so. Is there something wrong with me? People go crazy for these things, get excited, I do not. I feel like I might end up like Red Forman and end up hating everything and everyone.

I haven't gone to the fair in a few years. Last year I didn't even look at it. It was like it wasn't there at all. I was ok with that. Kelsey wants to me to go at least once this year, so I guess I have to. Once won't kill me.

I really can't explain why these places bother me so much.

Applied for the new restaurant on Miner. Tons of people applied for the jobs there. I probably won't be hired. As long as some stupid High school kid doesn't get the positon I'm ok.

Egh, now the band at the park is playing "La Bamba".

"EVERYONE SING!" no thank you.

wow 19 weeks. I need to post more, but nothing really goes on with me. My neighbors are really pissing me off. My landlords too.

The neighbors down stairs complain about our cats being too loud at night and waking them up.
Then complain about our shower water running through our floor, into their kitchen.

Landlords son comes to check our water to see if it runs through or floor and it does not.
Then he drops this little bit.

"So you need to get rid of your cats."

me-"Oh. Even though the people down stairs own a dog?"

"Well, we gave them permission, and they also paid and extra deposit."

Me-"..."

"You're allowed to have a fish, or a bird!"

Me-"Those count as pets too don't they?"

"Fine. No fish no bird for you"

LOL, what an idiot. My landlords really make me feel so uncomfy. The woman is just creepy in an weird, "she's an alien/robot" type of way. I asked for her cell number, just in case I had any questions. She just looks at me like I'm an idiot and says...

"A cell phone? Do you think I want to rot my brains with microwaves?"

She just stares at me

Me-"Um, can I have your home number then?"

Ugh.

I feel ill... I like craptopia. Made a big decision last night. Egh. Yea...

Had class today and it was so bad. We did a show with a poet and our host was not prepaired at all. Lot of akward pauses. When I do a show I know what not to do. I was in the control room on audio and all the while one of our teachers is just bashing the show. Not like over the top bashing but just mean little comments here and there. Most of the people in my class are older, grandma and grandpa older. So I wonder how they will react to my pitch and hopefully show.

I'm at work right now and when I got in today, there was a note that said if the fire alarm went off I was supposed to flip switch # 12 and unplug the battery. A radioshack guy comes in and fixes the problem.

20 min later it goes off. This sucker is loud. This voice is going through the entire place telling everyone to exit the building and everybody starts to leave. So I run to the electrical room and flip the switch, and unplugg the battery, and it doesn't turn off. So I have to run to the janitors closet and turn off a panel but the key that was supposed to there was not there.

It keeps going. In a last desperate attempt I flip all the switches and it finally dies. So in the middle of writing this blog, it goes off again. I will just have to leave it unplugged and hope the YMCA doesn't catch on fire or anything.

And I thought tonight was going to be boring.

Well, I dropped all of my classes but one. I feel really crappy about it... So I'm going to look for a part time job for the holidays. I also decided to not turn in the job application that would send me away to another state. I hope next semester at COS turns out alot better than this one.

I feel like a crappy student and a shitty boyfriend right now. Egh.

DEAR EUGENE,
You're flying down a river in a car... how many bananas does it take to fill a manhole???
YIKA

DEAR YIKA,
Good question. First of all, I bet you went to Stanford or Yale, because this type of question rarely occurs to people who went to state schools. I have to say, I think the first part isn't that relevant. I could give you a numerical answer, like 10 or 1000, but I think you'd be much happier if I said, "Monkeys in bowties," or "Sailors with apple fart hearts."

I filled out another job application, except for one page. I'm not saying what the job is yet, but if I do get it I will have to move. Most likley out of State. I have a choice of where I would want to go, I get to pick three locations. So far I have two.

Anchorage Alaska and Indianapolis Indiana.

I need one more. Here is the list. If you could get rid of me, were would you send me to?

Kansas City, Olathe KS

Washington, Leesburg VA

New York, Ronkonkoma, NY

Chicago, Aurora, IL (I hate Illinois Nazis)

Minneapolis, Farmington, MN

Clevland, Oberlin, OH

Boston, Nashua, NH

Denver, Longmont, CO

Seattle, WA

Salt lake City, UT

Jacksonville, FL

Miami, FL

Atlanta, GA

Memphis, TN

There's more but I wouldn't want to move to any of those areas.

The thing I'm worried about is if I actually get the job. I don't want to leave. But a big part of me really wants to.

Today was very very lazy. But fun none the less. I wish I had a machine that would remember all the funny things Patrick has said. I thought he would make me pee my pants today. I think I might have acid reflux disease. I should really get that checked. I beleive I get my glasses soon. I'm going to drop vocal jazz, I just can't enjoy myself in that class. It was nice when Elain called our singing, "Garbage". She is crazy. Music major with her isn't so hot either. Patrick and Kelsey are in there with me so it's all good.

All she does in that class is talk about teaching music, and all that she has done. I feel like all she does is talk about herself. It's boring as hell. I just don't like her. I tried to.

My grandma is moving in with my family so my brother is moving into my room. I'm not happy about this but I understand. She's coming in on saturday.

My Birthday is tomorrow, I will be 19.

Happy Holloween Everyone. I didn't dress this year cause I'm lame. I got a new dog yesterday, he's 10 weeks old. He is pretty goofy looking. My family can't think up a name for him. I'm working tonight, so it's not that busy. This couple came in tonight and asked about getting a membership here, so I gave them a tour of the place. They had a hard time speaking english so I reall had to listen. They asked about a room I passed and wanted to go in. I had to let them know it was the janitors closet. They were nice though. I'm still not feeling so well. I wish I knew what was going on for thanksgiving so I can ask for those days off, but I don't think that will happen.

I got new glasses yesterday. Well they come in next week but I picked them out. I

I can hear the T.V., and I don't know when this happend, but this man says that Holloween is a "Liberal" Holiday and is teaching or kids to be Liberals, because, "It gives hand outs." What an ass.
